If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, there’s a policy we have to follow. Our team works really hard to plan everything, and when there are last-minute changes, it makes things difficult for us. Unfortunately, it also affects our plans for the current day and the days ahead. To make sure we can keep everyone happy, there’s a small fee for last-minute cancellations or changes:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there’s a $75 fee.

If you want to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there’s a $50 fee.

We use 2-hour windows to estimate when we’ll arrive, so we can plan our day well. This helps us reach the next client, dealing with things like traffic and other factors that can affect our time (like breaks and meals!).

If you schedule an appointment for 8-10 am, our team will let you know the exact time they’ll arrive, or they’ll be there between 8-10 am as estimated.

We make sure to give you lots of value in our cleanings because we care about our customers! Our regular cleaning includes cleaning the outside of appliances like the fridge, microwave, and oven. We also dust and wipe all surfaces like tables, countertops, desks, and dressers. We vacuum and mop the floors in your home, except for the basement.

We also clean faucets and sinks as part of our regular cleaning service.

We pay extra attention to the bathrooms and bedrooms since they get used a lot. It’s important for us to make sure they are completely clean for you!

Our regular cleaning covers all the things mentioned earlier. If you opt for a deep cleaning, it’s an extra service added during checkout. The deep cleaning includes baseboards, window beams (up to 8ft), air vents, thorough scrubbing of bathrooms, cleaning all doors and doorknobs, and wiping down chairs. The deep clean also covers the interior of appliances.

We take pride in our work, so whether it’s a standard cleaning or with the addition of a deep cleaning, we’re confident you’ll be completely satisfied!

The most common question, and it’s no surprise! Unfortunately, there’s no set time limit. We prefer to take our time and focus on the quality of our work. While we can provide a baseline average, we don’t want to be tied to a specific timeframe. Each home is unique, but as an average, a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house might take 3-4 hours for two people or 5-6 hours for one person.

We believe the work should speak for itself. The time needed varies greatly based on the home’s size and the amount of cleaning required. If you see us still scrubbing baseboards at 10 pm, feel free to ask us to wrap up.

Currently, we don’t provide carpet cleaning services, but we hope to offer them in the future!

Certainly! Yes, we include baseboards in our deep cleaning service, which is an additional service added to normal cleanings. Our cleaners use soft microfiber towels with our cleaning solution to hand-clean the baseboards throughout the home. They keep on going until everything is spotless!

We have an incredible redo policy! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll come back and redo any missed spots or areas completely free of charge, whenever you want!

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Our cleaners boast a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential cleaning. They undergo comprehensive in-house training on our exclusive cleaning methods.

We conduct thorough background checks on each cleaner, including national and statewide criminal record checks, as well as driver’s license checks. Your safety and security are our top priorities.

Absolutely! We offer discounts for Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Weekly cleaning frequencies.
